Title: Pharmacy Practice

Removes authority of pharmacists to order and administer nicotine replacement products and Tdap boosters, and final two doses of HPV vaccinations for patients age 11 and older. Allows them to administer testing and treatment of flu, strep, and COVID-19. Allows them to give patients over age three CDC recommended vaccinations and immunizations. Allows them to give patients age six months and older vaccines/immunizations for flu and others in response to a public health emergency. Allows pharmacists to engage in a collaborative pharmacy practice to provide patient care and drug therapy management services.

Allows pharmacists to give COVID-19 vaccinations and permits ordering/administering of point of care treatment and testing for influenza/StrepA/COVID19 and testing during public health emergency for patients age six and older.
